Steps:

Combine all ingredients. Chill until serving time.

1 (12 ounce) canned corned beef, mashed
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sweet relish
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Steps:

1. Combine everything in a medium bowl, until well blended. Cover and chill until serving. I sprinkle the top with dill weed. Serve with assorted party bread or bagel chips.

1 c canned corn beef, broken apart
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c each - mayonnaise & sour cream
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp dill weed - fresh or dried
1/2 tsp season salt

CORNED BEEF AND SWISS DIP

Warm and delicious corned beef dip. Serve with crackers or toast the hunks of bread taken from the center of the Italian loaf. You can also bypass the bread altogether and bake in a 9x13 covered pan. I have also cooked this in a slow cooker on Low for 3 hours.

Corned Beef and Swiss Dip image

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
Transfer onion to a large mixing bowl.
Stir corned beef, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Swiss cheese, and garlic powder into onion. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Slice a piece of bread from the top of the Italian bread and hollow the center of the loaf, creating a long bread bowl. Leave at least 1/2 inch of bread on the sides. Reserve bread chunks from center of loaf for dipping if desired.
Spoon the corned beef mixture into the bread bowl.
Wrap the filled bread bowl in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until the dip is fully cooked and bubbling, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Place onion, potatoes, and carrots in a 5-quart slow cooker. Combine water, garlic, bay leaf, sugar, vinegar, and contents of spice packet in a small bowl; pour over vegetables. Top with brisket and cabbage.
Cover and cook on Low until meat and vegetables are tender, 8 to 9 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
