Steps:

  • In a microwave, melt chocolate chips with oil; stir until smooth. , Thread two marshmallows onto each pop stick. Dip marshmallows in melted chocolate, turning to coat; allow excess to drip off. Roll in toppings as desired. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; refrigerate until set.

Steps:

  • MICROWAVE BAKER'S Dipping Chocolate container according to directions on package, or until well-combined and very smooth.
  • PUSH lollipop sticks or straws into marshmallows.
  • HOLDING one marshmallow by the stick, and using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over the marshmallow while rotating it. Working quickly, drizzle remaining marshmallows with chocolate. Pattern should resemble bare, twisted branches. No need to be precise, it will look great!
  • FOR the ghosts, thin a little black frosting (or use gel frosting if you have it) with water and use a toothpick to paint eyes and a mouth. You could even use a little of the dipping chocolate if you don't have or want to buy black frosting.

  • Push the lollipop sticks into the marshmallows then dip the marshmallows into the melted candy, turning to cover them completely. Stand the marshmallows upright in a glass filled with uncooked rice or oatmeal and place the glass in the fridge until the chocolate has cooled and hardened slightly, about 5 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Dip the tops of each of the coated marshmallows in the chocolate to form the hair, and using a toothpick, drag the chocolate down toward the base of the marshmallow to form spikes of hair. Return the marshmallows to the fridge until the chocolate has hardened, about 5 minutes.
