Steps:
- Combine eggs and salt. In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, scramble eggs in 1 teaspoon oil, breaking into small pieces. Remove from skillet and set aside. , Add remaining 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons oil to skillet. Stir-fry rice over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add vegetables, onions and garlic; stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add chicken; stir-fry until heated through, 3-5 minutes. Combine soy sauce, broth, pepper and ginger. Add to rice; stir to coat. Add bacon and eggs; heat through.

Steps:
- In a saucepan, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, boil carrots in water about 3 to 5 minutes. Drop peas into boiling water, and drain.
- Heat wok over high heat. Pour in oil, then stir in carrots and peas; cook about 30 seconds. Crack in eggs, stirring quickly to scramble eggs with vegetables. Stir in cooked rice. Shake in soy sauce, and toss rice to coat. Drizzle with sesame oil, and toss again.

- In a large skillet or wok heat oil over medium-high heat, add vegetables and cook until just tender. Push vegetables to sides of pan and pour eggs in middle. Scramble eggs, and when they begin to solidify, add soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice. Toss to combine ingredients and heat to cook rice through. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve immediately, garnished with nuts and green onions.

Steps:
- Sprinkle the finely shredded greens with 1 teaspoon salt and leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid and chop finely.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying-pan or crepe pan.
- Pur in the beaten egg and allow to spread thinly over with a palette knife and cook the other side gently.
- Remove the omelette and cut into fine shreds.
- Heat another tablespoon of oil in the frying-pan and add the finely chopped greens.
- Stir-fry for about 30 seconds, then remove from the pan.
- Heat the remaining oil in a wok until it is smoking.
- Add the spring onions, then the rice, and toss well together until the rice is heated through.
- Add the remaining salt with the MSG, greens, omelette shreds and ham.
- Toss all together and serve hot on a serving dish.
