- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish or pan with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain, if necessary. Meanwhile, separate each can of dough into 10 biscuits. With pizza cutter, cut each biscuit into quarters. In large bowl, stir together beef, beans, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Stir in biscuit pieces. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 Add a dollop of sour cream to the top of each serving, if desired. You could also use ground turkey in this recipe.

- Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet; stir in next 4 ingredients.
- Arrange 3 tortillas in single layer on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover with layers of half each of the meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers; cover.
- Bake 40 min. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted, uncovering after 30 min. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup milk, hot water and contents of uncooked rice and sauce mix pouches (from Hamburger Helper box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
- Spoon 2/3 cup beef mixture on each tortilla. Roll up tortillas; place seam sides down and widthwise in ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spread with salsa; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. In 1 cup glass measuring cup, stir 3 tablespoons milk and contents of topping mix pouch (from Hamburger Helper box) 30 seconds; drizzle over enchiladas.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown lean ground beef and diced green pepper in a skillet and drain off fat. Add the taco seasoning, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and 1 cup of cheese. Stir to combine.
- 2. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into fourths and stir them in the meat mixture.
- 3. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray and add the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Add about 1/2 cup salsa on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
