Steps:

• 1. Spray a 9x13 in. pan with bakers secret. Mix cake mix with oil. eggs, and mandarin oranges. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 30min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
• 2. In a separate bowl mix pudding with crushed pineapples until smooth. Fold in whiped cream. Spread on cake. Refrigerate until icing is firm then serve.

• 8. place one cake layer,right side up,on serving plate. Spread the top with frosting. Place the second layer, right side up, on top of the first layer and frost the top and sides of the cake with clean. smooth strokes.
• 9. Store this cake, lightly covered in waxed paper, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
