FROZEN CHERRY SALAD
My sister makes this dessert every Christmas. It's quite simple to make. It never lasts long..this frozen dessert is good anytime of the year. Enjoy! Taste of Home

Steps:
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and whipped topping. Stir in pie filling. Set aside 1/4 cup oranges for garnish. Fold remaining oranges, pineapple and cherries into cream cheese mixture. Transfer into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before cutting.

This is a favorite at our house and it is very easy. Since it is frozen, it can be made ahead of time.

- Drain all fruits and add a few drops red food coloring to color.
- In mixer, whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add sour cream, sugar, salt, food coloring.
- Fold fruits into cream cheese mixture with nuts and marshmallows.
- Pour into Pyrex sprayed with Pam, cover with foil and freeze overnight.
- Cut into squares 30 minutes before serving.
