Steps:
- In medium bowl, beat pudding mix and half-and-half with whisk 2 minutes. Beat in lemon juice and yogurt.
- Pour about 1/3 cup mixture into each of 7 (5-oz) paper cups. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon graham crackers. Cover cups with foil; insert craft stick into center of each pop. (Or fill ice pop molds according to manufacturer's directions.) Freeze about 6 hours or until frozen.
- When ready to serve pops, in small bowl, beat marshmallow creme and 1 tablespoon of the whipping cream with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add remaining whipping cream, increase speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form. Remove each pop from cup. Spread top of each with about 2 tablespoons marshmallow mixture, forming meringue peaks.

FROZEN LEMON PIE
With a graham cracker crust and instant pudding, this pie makes a tangy sweet dessert. For a zestier flavor, I make it with lemon pudding. Adding pink lemonade gives it a pretty color.

4-INGREDIENT FROZEN LEMONADE PIE
This easy-to-make pie is sweet and tart - just like the drink. Don't stop at lemon, though; try any other fruit sorbet for a variation.

Steps:
- Put the sorbet in a medium microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted. Stir in the condensed milk and let cool.
- Put the cream in another medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until it is thick and holds a ribbony shape when you run the beaters through it (do not let it form soft peaks), 2 to 3 minutes. Gently stir the thickened cream into the lemon sorbet mixture and pour into the pie crust. Smooth out into an even layer. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and freeze until set, about 2 hours or up to overnight.

Steps:
- For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt. Stir in the butter. Transfer to a 9-inch tart pan. Evenly press across the bottom and up the sides to make a crust (I use a metal measuring cup to press the crumbs). Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- For the filling: In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, lemon zest and juice, sugar, and egg yolks. Whisk until all the ingredients are completely blended. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with candied lemon peel.

- Stir yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, extract, and food coloring in a medium bowl using a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Scoop equal amounts of lemon mixture into paper dixie cups or popsicle molds. Mine filled 8 dixie cups about 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of cookie crumbs on top of the yogurt mixture. Use a toothpick or popsicle stick to stir gently. Pack what crumbs are left on top.
- Insert sticks or colorful straws. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. (It’s easiest to freeze the dixie cups if they’re sitting on a cookie sheet.) Remove paper or remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
