My kids love snow cones in the summer. One day I thought "Why do kids get to have all the fun?" So I created this creamy pina coloda concoction for myself. Cheers! -Lauren Ebeling, Downers Grove, Illinois

- Combine all ingredients. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.

Flavored Syrup to drizzle over shaved or crushed ice. Yummy on a hot summer day.

Steps:
- In a saucepan, stir together the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, and boil for about 1 minute. Remove from heat, and stir in the drink mix. Allow to cool, and store in a container for pouring. Pour over shaved ice to flavor.

NATURAL SNOW CONE SYRUP
Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, stir together the sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the lemon juice. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Prepare cones or bowls of shaved ice and pour about 1/4 cup of the syrup on top of each.
