CHEESY LEFTOVER HAM AND MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE
This is something I did one night when I had a bunch of leftovers that turned into one of my favorite comfort foods. You could switch out just about anything for anything of a similar type, chicken for the ham, different soups, etc. Make it as is or use your imagination.

SCALLOPED POTATOES 'N' HAM CASSEROLE
I'm a home health nurse and got this recipe from one of my elderly clients, who had used it for years. Now, it's one of my family's favorites. It will never curdle, thanks to the secret ingredient of powdered nondairy creamer. -Kathy M Johnson, Lake City, South Dakota

HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE
My wife had a craving for ham and potatoes and we had several items we wanted to use up. We didn't cook the celery with the onion and green pepper to add some additional crunch, but they could be cooked together. We used reduced-fat ingredients throughout and had great success. We found that there were no spices needed as the vegetables were a great flavor combination! This recipe ended up being a winner with everyone in the family!
