Steps:

Bring the peaches, sugar, and water to a boil, and then simmer until the sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool, then strain through a sieve, pressing to extract as much juice as possible.
Stir in the lemon juice, and serve in tall glasses over ice.
Garnish with mint or peach slices.

Steps:

Add peaches and sugar to a food processor; pulse until well blended, then process until smooth.
Add in water; pulse to combine.
Strain the peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a 1 ½ quart container, pressing on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.
Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
Add in the peach schnapps; stir again.
Chill until very cold; serve over ice; garnish with peach slices.

Steps:

In a large freezer container, combine water and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and peach schnapps. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Steps:

Put half peach slices and all of the the lemon juice in the blender, and blend on high speed until blender starts to balk.
Add About half of the water and blend until smooth and very liquid.
Add the rest of the peaches and blend until blender starts to balk.
Stir with a long spoon while adding water. Blend until thick and smooth. Add sugar and blend.
