- Bring salted water to boil for the gnocchi and non salted water in a second pot for the spinache.
- Meanwhile prepare the sauce: Clean the spinache well and boil it for 3 minutes. Fry the onion in a pan with some oil. Add the garlic for a couple of minutes. Stir well, then aff the well drained spinach. Reduce the heat.
