Gooseberry Patch Salad Dressing Recipes
GOOSEBERRY PATCH SALAD DRESSING
I found this on the Goosberry Patch website several years ago. It didn't have a name so I came up with this one. It is simple and delicious. You must use the Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar for it to taste right. Toss with greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, bacon bits, onion, strawberries, and cheddar cheese or your own salad combination. Delicious!

Steps:
- Heat first 4 ingredients together in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until mixture boils reduce heat, whisking until mixture thickens. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
