BAGEL DIP
Everyone loves this mild dip. Chopped dried beef adds flavor and texture. Serve with plain bagels cut into bite size pieces.

GRANDMAS'S DIP
This is the most addictive dip in the world. Every party, we all stand around eating this with chips like there's no tomorrow. You really have to add garlic salt and onion powder to taste. We like a strong garlic taste so we use more.

EASY BAGEL DIP
The longer this creamy, beefy blend chills, the better it tastes. I usually have to make a double batch when I bring it to family gatherings. It's good not only with bite-size bagel pieces, but also with veggies. -Mary Merkwan, Wagner, South Dakota

EVERYTHING BAGEL DIP
Think of this as a deconstructed everything bagel with extra schmear. A little tangy from sour cream, this spread can be used as a dip for pretzels, potato chips, raw vegetables and, yes, bagel chips. But it's just as good on a sandwich - or even a bagel, if you're crazy for everything spice. One thing to note: If you're making it by hand, make sure to keep your cream cheese quite soft. It'll make things a lot easier.
