Grandmas Scrumptious Peanut Butter Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• 1. 1.) Cream together the sugars, Crisco, peanut butter. 2.) Add eggs and vanilla. 3.) Sift the dry ingredients together and add gradually until blended well. 4.) Roll into tablespoon size balls. 5.) Roll cookie dough balls into sugar. 6.) Place on cookie sheets...Do NOT mash with fork in normal "peanut butter cookie" fashion! *** Bake at 350 oven for 11-13 minutes.

• Add sugars and eggs, mix well.
• Sift together dry milk, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir into butter mixture.
• Let dough stand 15 minutes.
• Roll into balls, about the size of a walnut and place on a slightly greased baking sheet.
• Flatten with a fork, dipped in flour, criss-cross fashion.
• Bake at 375 degress for 10-12 minutes.
• Watch closely and remove when tops just start to brown.
• Wait about 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Cool on racks.

• 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture; beat until well blended. If necessary, refrigerate dough.
• 2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Dip in sugar. Place 2 inches apart, sugar side up, on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar, making crisscross pattern.
• 3. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove; cool completely on wire rack. Store in tightly-covered container.
