Steps:
- Whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, the lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic and 1/4 cup canola oil in a bowl and add to a food processor. Add the softened butter and pulse until thoroughly combined.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and brush mixture onto the shrimp. Place onto preheated grill and cook in a single layer for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.

- In a large, non-reactive bowl, stir together the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, and black pepper. Season with crushed red pepper, if desired. Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill for high heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard any remaining marinade.
- Lightly oil grill grate. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.

- Put the shrimp in a large baking dish.
- Combine the canola oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and fennel seed in a small food processor and process until the garlic is somewhat paste-like. Pour this mixture over the shrimp and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- Light a grill to high heat.
- Strain the shrimp from the marinade and season them with salt and black pepper, to taste. Grill the shrimp on both sides until they are slightly charred and just cooked through, about 2 minutes per side (see Cook's Note). Transfer the shrimp to a plate.
- Melt the butter in a large saute pan set over the grates of the grill. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, tarragon and thyme leaves and cook for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook, tossing once, about 1 minute. Finish with the parsley and adjust the seasonings, if necessary. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with thyme and parsley.

- With a sharp knife, cut shrimp in half so that the meat is exposed in the shell.
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and lightly fry the garlic until just softened. Add butter and Oregano. Heat until butter has melted.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate.
- Lay shrimp out on a tray and brush generously with the butter mixture. Grill shrimp until lightly golden.

- If using cleaned and deveined shrimp please skip to step 4 --
- Cut shrimp shell with scissors starting at the seperation between the head and body.
- Use knife to cut a shallow slice down back of shrimp and devein.
- Make a 'boat' with several layers of foil to hold shrimp and juices.
- Place shrimp in boat and season with salt, pepper garlic and cayenne making as hot as you want.
- Cut butter into pieces and place on top of shrimp.
- Place boat on grill and cook just until shrimp curls.
- Garnish if desired.
- You can skewer these too but they are more moist done this way.

- Layer two 18-inch-long pieces of foil on top of each other. Put the shrimp, butter, wine, garlic and lemon zest and juice in the center of the foil. Sprinkle with the red pepper flakes, 3/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Bring the long sides of the foil together in the middle and fold them over each other to seal. Fold each of the short sides up, making sure the packet is completely sealed.
- Place on the grill and cook until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce is bubbling, about 9 minutes. Stir in the parsley and serve over pasta, rice or grilled bread.
