- In a large mixing bowl, add avocados, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Drizzle the lime juice evenly. Sprinkle cilantro, dill, salt and pepper.
- Using a fork, combine all ingredients in large folding motion. For chunky guacamole, don't over mash the avocados.
- Serve with chips and tortillas, and of course, beer, wine -- the beverage of your choice.
