Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add avocados, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Drizzle the lime juice evenly. Sprinkle cilantro, dill, salt and pepper.
  • Using a fork, combine all ingredients in large folding motion. For chunky guacamole, don't over mash the avocados.
  • Serve with chips and tortillas, and of course, beer, wine -- the beverage of your choice.
