- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, dill weed, Beau Monde ™ seasoning, seasoning salt and pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. Enjoy!

I grew up with your everyday sour cream, dill, and cucumber salad on our Polish table, but as I learned to cook I took this common dish and spiced it up.

Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, sprinkle cucumbers with salt and pour in cold water until cucumbers are just covered. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 2. While cucumbers are chilling, combine the remaining ingredients in bowl - mix well.
- 3. After 30 minutes, drain cucumbers very well. Carefully cucumbers and sour cream mixture. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
