Steps:

  • In a food processor, process cheese, butter, mustard and paprika until smooth.
  • Place a piece of ham on each crostini. Top with cheese mixture, dividing evenly.
  • Place on a baking sheet and broil until cheese begins to brown. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Steps:

  • Preheat grill. Brush each slice of bread on one side with olive oil and grill, oil-side down until lightly golden brown. Turn over and divide cheese among bread slices. Top each slice of cheese with the slices of ham and grill until the cheese begins to melt. Serve with the mustard.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly brush both sides of baguette slices with oil and place slightly spaced on rimmed baking pans. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
  • Top each slice with ham and Brie and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes or until Brie has just begun to melt. Top each crostini with fig jam and serve warm for best flavor.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°.
  • Arrange the bread in a single layer on two large baking sheets.
  • Bake until lightly toasted, about 7 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately cut each slice into a round with a large (3 inch) biscuit or cookie cutter.
  • Stir together the jam, butter, tarragon, and salt in a small bowl until very well combined.
  • Spread the jam mixture on top of each toast piece.
  • Cut the ham and cheese slices into the same size rounds as the toast pieces.
  • Place one ham slice, then one cheese slice onto each toast.
  • Place crostini onto a large baking sheet and bake at 400° until the cheese is melted, about 6 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, place crostini onto a large platter, top each with a tarragon leaf, and enjoy while warm.
