Steps:
- Place 1 in. of water in a large saucepan; add brussels sprouts. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. , Arrange in a single layer in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until sprouts and apples are tender, stirring occasionally.

After having caramelized sprouts at my favorite restaurant, I knew that I wanted to enjoy these at home too. It is simple to make, and doesn't take too much time in the kitchen too. - Preheat air fryer to 390°. In a large bowl, toss the first 7 ingredients. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish; top with blue cheese and honey.

Steps:
- Cut ham into 1/2-by-2 inch strips.
- In a saucepan combine the brussels sprouts, water and salt. Cover, simmer for 9-12 minute or until tender.
- Meanwhile, saute bacon in heavy saucepan until crisp. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat.
- Add onion to bacon. Saute 2 minute until tender. Add ham, brussels sprouts (drained of cooking liquid), and thyme.
- Cover and steam over low heat for 5 minute.
