Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Slice rolls in half, setting the tops aside. Lay the roll bottoms on a baking sheet.
- 2. Cut the thick sliced ham & Swiss until slices are roughly the size of the rolls. (48 pieces of the ham, 24 pieces of the Swiss)
- 3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise & coleslaw dressing. Mix well.
- 4. Brush the dressing evenly on the inside of both halves of the rolls. To the bottoms, add 2 slices of ham, bacon & a slice of Swiss on each roll. Cover with the roll tops.
- 5. Combine topping ingredients. Pour (or brush) evenly over the sandwiches.
- 6. Cover with foil & bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove foil & bake for 2 mins more, or until cheese is melted & tops are golden. Serve warm.
- 7. ** Everything can be assembled the day before & stored in the fridge, until ready to bake.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Slice attached rolls in half widthwise with a serrated knife, keeping rolls connected, into a bottom and top 'slab.' Place bottom slab in the prepared pan.
- Layer about half the ham evenly over the bottom slab of rolls. Layer Swiss cheese evenly on top, and arrange remaining ham over the cheese. Cover with the top slab.
- Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Add mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Pour butter mixture evenly and slowly over the rolls. Spread over the tops using a spatula; some of the mixture will pool at the base of the rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until browned as desired, 3 to 5 minutes more. Slice into individual sliders.

Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. I like to form a container of sorts with the foil; folding it up so that it surrounds the rolls and contains any of the sauce that might drip.
- Split rolls in half; I use a large bread knife and since I use the King's Hawaiian Rolls, I simply slice the entire top as one piece and replace it after topping the bottom halves with all of the other components.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan; add the onion and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the onion has softened. Remove from heat and add the brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds. Drizzle 1/4 of the butter mixture over the bottom section of rolls. Top bottom halves with ham; 2 pieces of bacon and Swiss cheese and place the tops back on the rolls. If you are using separated rolls, place them very close together on backing sheet surrounded by foil.
- Pour reminder of butter mixture over rolls; let sit for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to soak in a bit. Cover the rolls with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Uncover and cook for 2-4 additional minutes until tops are slightly brown and crispy. Serve warm.
