HURRY-UP HAM N NOODLES

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually whisk in cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes longer. , Add the ham, cheese, onions, salt and pepper; cook, uncovered, until heated through. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture. Toss to coat; heat through.

HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
This is one of my favorite ways to use leftover ham.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole.
- Bring water to a full rolling boil in a pot.. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes; remove from heat, cover, and let stand until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- Stir the noodles, onion, sour cream, chicken soup, ham, and Swiss cheese together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared casserole. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling and the bread crumbs have browned, about 40 minutes.

Easy skillet dinner that kids generally love. Uses up leftover ham. I usually double this recipe.

- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In large skillet, melt butter and saute onion until soft.
- To skillet, add light cream, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, peas, ham and parsley.
- Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring frequently, until cheese melts and mixture is hot and thickened.
- Toss with hot cooked noodles. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese until melted., Drain noodles. Add the noodles, ham and peas to cheese sauce. Pour into a 3-cup baking dish coated with cooking spray. Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs and parsley. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a casserole dish. Arrange noodles in prepared dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, onion, and celery in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, mushrooms, and milk into beef mixture until evenly combined; pour over noodles into prepared dish. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
