Steps:
- In a small bowl combine the first six ingriedients.
- in another bowl combine the milk, yogurt, and oil.
- stir into dry ingriendients until just moistened.
- pour batter by 1/3 cup spoonfuls into a hot nonstick griddle.
- turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
- cook until second side is golden brown.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, flour and salt; stir until smooth. Pour butter into a 13x9-in. baking pan. Add batter., Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.

This is a great recipe that I found in my Grandma's recipe book. Judging from the weathered look of this recipe card, this was a family favorite.

- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
