Steps:
- Mix the honey with the coriander (cilantro) and stir in the lime zest and juice.
- Add the chicken drumsticks and mix well, cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the grill (broiler).
- Grill (broil) the chicken drumsticks, turning and brushing frequently with the marinade for about 25 minutes or until cooked through (to check, pierce the drumsticks at its thickest part, next to the bone, the juices should run clear), timing could depend on size of drumsticks too.

- Combine flour and cayenne pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add a few chicken strips at a time and shake to coat.
- Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, 4 to 6 minutes.
- Combine lime juice, honey, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl; pour over the chicken. Continue to cook until juices run clear and the sauce is thickened, 3 to 5 more minutes.

- Combine lime juice, lime zest, honey, ginger, and garlic in a large ziploc bag.
- Add chicken and combine well.
- Squeeze out as much air as possible and freeze.
- Remove from freezer the night before serving and defrost all day in the fridge; chicken will marinate as it defrosts.
- Transfer thighs to a roasting pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- You can also cook this chicken on the BBQ/grill if desired.

- Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add 1/4 cup juice to skillet; reserve remaining juice. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Remove to a serving platter; keep warm. - Combine tequila, lime juice, honey, salt, pepper, chicken, and oil in a large resealable bag. Place in a baking dish and let stand at room temperature, turning bag occasionally, 1 hour.
