Honey Mustard Broccoli image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  • Mix honey mustard, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl. Add broccoli and toss to coat. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until broccoli is tender and lightly charred in spots, 25 to 30 minutes.

Sriracha Honey Roasted Broccoli image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with a slipat mat, foil, or parchment paper.
  • Place broccoli pieces into a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, or measuring cup, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, honey, sriracha and pepper.
  • Pour this mixture over the broccoli and toss well to coat.
  • Spread the broccoli across the lined baking sheet. Place on the middle oven rack and roast for 8-12 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and the edges are turning brown.
  • Remove the broccoli from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl, or tray. Toss with the green onions and toasted almonds.
  • Serve hot!
  • Makes 2-4 servings.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine butter, oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Place broccoli florets in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add honey-soy sauce and toss until well combined. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread broccoli out evenly on sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Enjoy! Recipe Notes *Used brown rice syrup in place of honey and avocado oil instead of butter and olive oil.

  • Cut the broccoli into 2-inch florets, leaving one to two inches of stems attached. Discard the remaining thick stalks. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, chipotle chili peppers, honey and salt and mix well. Add the broccoli and toss to coat evenly. Transfer the broccoli to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast for about 12 minutes, until the broccoli is crisp-tender and lightly browned in spots. Sprinkle lime juice over top (go easy; a little goes a long way). Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Transfer the broccoli to a serving dish. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the bits of garlic and chipotle chili peppers off the foil and onto the broccoli. Serve hot.
