Chunky Monkey Ice Cream Bread image

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350* Grease and flour your 2 8x4 loaf pans.
Add flour to ice cream and mix with a mixer until well blended.
With a spoon fold in the banana, chopped nuts and candy bar.
Pour into loaf pans, Bake 45 min. or until a pick comes out clean. Enjoy.....

2 pint(s) b & j chunky monkey ice cream, softened or melted
3 cup(s) self rising flour
1 - ripe banana
1 - chocolate bar, grated
- chopped nuts if desired

Steps:

separate each biscuit.
roll biscuits in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
put in a greased 9x13 cake pan or a bunt pan.
Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar and ice cream.
Heat until melted together, do not bring to boil.
Pour over biscuits.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown.

Mix ice cream and flour together in a bowl just until moistened; spread into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Add biscuits (a few at a time) into bag and shake to coat well.
Grease bundt cake pan and place biscuits into pan.
In saucepan bring brown sugar and butter to a boil.

Place cinnamon rolls in refrigerator overnight to thaw. Reserve frosting for another use and cut rolls into quarters. Dip each roll piece into butter and roll in sugar. Place in a sprayed bundt pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Drizzle caramel topping over rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size*. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 35-40 minutes. Cool 1 minute and invert onto serving platter.
