FRUIT 'N JUICE SQUARES
Strawberry gelatin made with orange juice and fruit cocktail is layered with creamy gelatin for a refreshing salad or dessert.

Steps:
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Stir into gelatin. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; place in medium bowl. Stir in fruit; set aside.
- Stir half the COOL WHIP into remaining gelatin with whisk until well blended. Pour into 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate 10 min. or until set but not firm. Carefully top with fruited gelatin.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice in 1-cup measuring cup. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup; pour into small saucepan. Reserve drained fruit for later use.
- Bring pineapple juice to boil. Add to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Add cranberry sauce and reserved pineapple; mix well.
- Pour into 8-inch square dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until gelatin is set but not firm.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add COOL WHIP; mix well. Spread over gelatin; sprinkle with nuts.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough ice to juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Refrigerate about 45 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; stir in pineapple.
- Add 1/2 of the whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into 9-inch square dish. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until set but not firm. Carefully spoon fruited gelatin over creamy layer in dish.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Serve topped with remaining whipped topping.

- Make Jell-O with 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Mix 1 cup orange juice and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Stir into Jell-O. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- Remove about 1 1/2 cups Jell-O and mix with the fruit cocktail. Mix Cool Whip in the remaining Jell-O. Blend well with wire whisk. Pour into 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Then carefully spoon fruited Jell-O on the top. Refrigerate until set. Serve with more Cool Whip.

- Place 1 cup juice in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with gelatin. Meanwhile, bring remaining 3 cups juice to a boil. Pour boiling juice over gelatin-juice mixture, and stir until gelatin dissolves completely. Pour into 5-ounce juice glasses, which make great single servings. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
