  • Preheat oven to 350°F., In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, KRAFT Grated Parmesan cheese, milk and onion., Remove sausage from casings., Add sausage to the bread crumb mixture and mix well., Shape into 20 meatballs; arrange on a shallow baking pan., Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through (160°F)., Serve with your favorite sauce and spaghetti.

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until no longer pink and lightly browned; drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheese, baking mix, onion, mushrooms and milk; mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 36 walnut-size balls and place on a greased, shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • *Serve with barbeque or chutney sauce.

Steps:

  • Mix together sausage, cheese, milk and egg in a large bowl. Add buttermilk pancake and waffle mix with onion soup mix and ground red pepper. Blend well. Pinch off bits of dough and shape into 1- inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets, spacing 1 1/2 inches apart, and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees until deep golden brown, turning the balls over at halftime. Remove from baking sheets and serve.
