JULIA'S PROTEIN BARS

Great snack for high protein diet. Close to 40/30/30 About 200 calories per bar, 15 grams of protein and 20 grams of carbs. Actual numbers depend on the brand of protein powder used.

Julia's Protein Bars image

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl except for the protein powder and oats.
  • Microwave in one minute increments stirring until combined.
  • add protein powder and stir to combine.
  • add in oats and stir to combine.
  • Spray oil on a cookie sheet and spread mixture out evenly.
  • Top with foil and place in fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
  • Cut into 22 even bars.
