Kelloggs Rice Krispies Treats Autumn Leaves Recipes

Steps:

• Lightly coat a large nonstick saucepan or pot with cooking spray.
• Add the marshmallows, butter buds, water, vanilla, and salt to the pan and set over med/low heat. Stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat.
• Add rice krispies and stir until completely coated.
• Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pour the rice krispies mix into the pan. Moisten your hands and press the mixture into the pan until flat.
• When the mixture cools completely, cut 4 times down and 4 across, making 25 bars.
• 2 Points per serving (1 bar).

Steps:

• In a microwave-safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
• Add Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal. Stir until well coated.
• Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. When slightly cooled, cut cereal mixture with leaf-shaped cookie cutters or use a knife to cut leaf shapes. Allow to cool completely.
• Decorate by spreading frosting over top of leaves. Draw veins on leaves with decorating gel. Best if served the same day. Microwave cooking times may vary.
