KIM'S EASY PEANUT BUTTER CANDY

This is a fast and easy peanut buteer candy

Kim's Easy Peanut Butter Candy image

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first four ingredienst together
  • 2. Add Confectioner sugar 1 cup at a time. The candy will become real stiff. You will have to mix with your hands.
  • 3. Press in a Pam sprayed 9x9 pan and put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into 20 pieces. Store in refrigerator.

1/3 c butter
1 c peter pan peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c white syrup
3 c confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Cook sugar, milk and butter to a soft ball stage.
  • Add salt, vanilla and peanut butter and beat until smooth.
  • Then pour into a 8x8 square baking dish and chill until firm.

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons peanut butter

Peanut Butter Goat Milk Fudge image

Steps:

  • Grease a 9-inch square pan.
  • Beat sugar into goat milk in a large, heavy pot; bring to a rapid boil, stirring continually to prevent burning, and cook, stirring constantly, until dark and thick, 30 to 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the mixture should read at least 245 degrees F (118 degrees C).
  • Stir peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract into the milk mixture immediately upon reaching temperature. Continue to stir until the peanut butter and butter melt completely, the color is uniform, and the mixture appears smooth and glossy; spread into the prepared pan. Cool fudge to room temperature before cutting.

Steps:

  • Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high.
  • Stir and microwave on high for 2 more minutes.
  • Add vanilla and confectioners' sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon.
  • Pour into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with waxed paper.
  • Place a second piece of waxed paper on the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool.
  • Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
