Steps:

In a large saucepan, bring the onion, celery and 1/2 cup broth to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from the heat. Stir in the eggs, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and remaining broth until blended. Add the bread cubes, turkey and cranberries; mix well., Spoon into a 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until a thermometer reaches 160°.

2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

3 cups cubed whole grain bread
3 cups cubed white bread
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and dry onion soup mix.
Spread the green beans in a 9x13 inch dish. Top with a layer of turkey. Pour the soup mixture over the turkey. Top with stuffing.
Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
