Steps:
- Using a mandolin, thinly shave the fennel bulb. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the Dijon mustard, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the bowl with the fennel. Gently toss to coat.
- Working one at a time, cut the ends off of the grapefruit, tangeloes, blood orange, and lime. Place upright on a cutting board and cut the rind off, working your way around the fruit. Thinly slice the citrus crosswise into rounds, removing any seeds.
- Arrange the citrus on a serving platter. Gently spoon the fennel on top. Top with the fennel fronds and macadamia nuts.
- Enjoy!

PERFECT SUMMER FRUIT SALAD
The perfect fruit salad for a backyard bbq or any occasion. There are never leftovers! This is one of my favorite fruit salad recipes, as I think the sauce really makes it. This salad is tastier the longer you can let it soak in its juices. I prefer 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator before I serve it. Enjoy.

Set the orange on a flat side and, working from top to bottom, slice the skin away from the flesh and discard, making sure to remove any remaining white pith. COOL AND CREAMY FRUIT SALAD
My mom found this recipe in a magazine 25 years ago, and my family has been enjoying it ever since. I refrigerate it overnight before serving. It looks especially pretty in a trifle dish. -Susan Schiller, Tomahawk, Wisconsin
