- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Serve over ice.
LEMONADE WITH LEMON GRASS AND DRIED LEMON

Steps:
- Combine sugar, lemon grass and dried lemon in a saucepan. Add 2 cups water, and bring mixture to a boil. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until dried lemon is tender. Use a spoon to squash lemon against side of pan.
- Turn off heat, and let mixture rest for 10 minutes, then strain it into a pitcher. Add lemon juice and 6 cups cold water. Chill until thoroughly cold, at least 2 hours. Serve over ice.

- Prepare ingredients: Juice lemons until you have ¼ cup. Strip the lemongrass and it into small chunks. Peel the ginger and cut it into small chunks.
- Make the simple syrup: Add sugar, lemongrass chunks, fresh ginger chunks, and 1 cup of water to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Mix the lemonade: In a large pitcher add lemon juice, water and ice. Stir the mixture to combine. Add in simple syrup to taste.
