TACO PIE
It's a quick, easy meal that is very filling. Some people will also top it with regular taco toppings, i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, etc. It also is great as leftovers for lunches! Serve with taco sauce.

LIGHT TACO PIE
Steps:
- Place ground beef in a skillet. Brown it and drain off the fat. Add the water, olives (optional), and taco seasoning mix and cook on low until the water is gone.
- Meanwhile, open the dinner rolls and press into the bottom of a standard glass pie plate. This is the crust of your pie. Crush about a cup of Fritos and spread evenly over bottom of pie crust.
- Now the ground beef should be done so spread the meat mixture evenly over the crust. Spread the sour cream evenly over the entire top of the meat. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sour cream. Crush enough of the remaining Fritos to cover the top entirely.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Serve with shredded lettuce and the tomatoes.
