Low Carb Blackberry Bbq Sauce Recipes
LOW CARB BLACKBERRY BBQ SAUCE
This is a great low-carb alternative for BBQ sauce... my family loves this on grilled pork! I brushed my sauce on pork, but you can put this on just about anything!

Steps:
- Pour blackberries into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until they begin to soften, about 3 minutes.
- Stir ketchup, tomato sauce, brown sugar replacement, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper into the blackberries; cook at a simmer until blackberries are completely tender, about 20 minutes.
- Pour sauce into a blender no more than half full. Put lid on blender and hold in place with a towel. Pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Puree in batches until smooth.

LOW CARB BARBECUE SAUCE
I like to have this on my grilled food and barbecue. It is adapted from a recipe by Bill and Cheryl Jameson and their book "Smoke and Spice". I just try to use it sparingly because I find large amounts of Splenda to be only marginally acceptible on low carb.
