Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- Spread apples in pan. In small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Pour water over apples.
- In medium bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar and softened butter, using pastry blender or fork, until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender when pierced with fork. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

- Bake 15 min. or until topping is golden brown.

- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- 2. Place sliced apples in baking dish. Mix sugar and corn starch in medium bowl, stir in the evaporated milk and pour over the apple slices.
- 3. Mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Stir in the melted butter until mixture is crumbly.
- 4. Spread mixture on top of apples. Spoon 1/3 cup evaporated milk over the topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until apples are tender.
- 5. Top with freshly whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream.

- 1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together oats, 1-1/3 cups flour, brown sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon until crumbly.
- 2. Press 1/2 the mix into bottom of baking dish. Reserve remaining mix for topping. In another lg bowl, toss together apples, 1/3 sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Spread mix over crust.
