Steps:

  • Mix egg, milk, salt and bread crumbs. Allow for mixture to soften. Thoroughly combine with hamburger. Shape into a loaf and place in Crock Pot. Top with ketchup. Cover and set to High for 1 hour then turn to low for 6-7 hours.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  • Combine the meatloaf mix, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, onion, garlic, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, 1 tablespoon of the Worcestershire, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix together until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and form it into a compact oval-shaped loaf about 9 inches by 5 inches. Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.
  • Stir the brown sugar together with the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire in a small bowl for the glaze. Brush the top and sides of the meatloaf all over with the glaze. Return to the oven and bake until the glaze starts to caramelize and a thermometer inserted in the center of the meatloaf registers 160 degrees F, about 25 minutes more. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Heat the olive oil in a medium saute pan. Add the onions, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, until the onions are translucent but not brown. Off the heat, add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Allow to cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, onion mixture, bread crumbs, and eggs, and mix lightly with a fork. Don't mash or the meat loaf will be dense. Shape the mixture into a rectangular loaf on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Spread the ketchup evenly on top. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F and the meat loaf is cooked through. (A pan of hot water in the oven, under the meat loaf, will keep the top from cracking.) Serve hot.

Steps:

  • Combine everything together and form half of the mixture into a meatloaf pan or on a lipped baking sheet,then add the mozzarella to the center and add the other half on top smoothing the surface over with moistened hands to prevent cracking when baking.
  • Bake in a 350 pre-heated oven for 45 to 50 minutes,let it rest for five minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite brown or red gravy and a generous helping of mashed Yukon gold potatoes and a side of fresh vegetables! Enjoy!! :)
  • Baked macaroni and cheese goes well with this too! Sorry about the no pictures,I'll add them later! :)

Steps:

  • 1. mix together all ingredients except potatoes. use either the mix/gravy mixture or to tomato sauce, not both.
  • 2. shape into loaf and place in the slow cooker with potatoes around the sides.
  • 3. cook on low 8-1o hours. you can put half of the tomato sauce into the meatloaf , pour the rest over the meatloaf.

2 lb hamburger

Magic Meatloaf with Gravy image

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except bread slices and sauce. Shape into a loaf. Line a 1 1/2 qt. loaf pan bottom with bread slices. Place the meatloaf on top.
  • 2. Bake for 45 mins. The bread absorbs the grease and should be discarded immediately after removing from oven.
  • 3. Sauce: 1 Can of condensed Cream of Mushroom soup 1 c. Milk 1 1/2 c. Grated Cheddar Heat the soup and milk over medium heat, add the cheese. Pour gravy into gravy boat. Serve over the sliced meatloaf.

1 lb ground beef
