Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together the maple syrup, mustard and pepper in a small bowl. Lay the bacon on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 9 to 10 minutes. Remove the bacon and place on a baking rack over a separate baking sheet. Using a paper towel, blot and soak up any excess oil. Then, using a pastry brush, generously glaze the bacon with the syrup. Return the bacon to the oven for another 1 to 2 minutes, to desired crispness. Transfer to a platter and serve.

- Place a baking rack on a sheet pan and arrange the bacon in 1 layer on the baking rack. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the bacon begins to brown. Remove the pan carefully from the oven; there will be hot grease in the pan! Brush the bacon slices with maple syrup and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the bacon is a warm golden brown. Super easy, super quick, and your kids will love it! PS: The most important thing here is your ratio of pasta to bacon to cheese...you can add more or less maple syrup as you see fit! Serve with a side of eggs to very happy children!

- Heat oil in a large, high-sided skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring occasionally and sprinkling with garlic powder, until browned and crispy, 7 to 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat eggs in a separate bowl. Mix in Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and black pepper.
- Remove bacon onto paper towels to drain, reserving 3 tablespoons of the oil and bacon grease in the pan. Return bacon to the pan, stir in maple syrup, and bring to a simmer. Quickly turn heat down to low and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain pasta in a strainer set over large glass bowl. Pour 1/4 cup of the pasta water into the skillet with the bacon; stir. Add pasta and toss until coated.
- Pour remaining pasta water out of the large bowl. Drop the coated noodles into the bowl. Pour in the egg mixture and quickly toss with the pasta until cheese has melted and sauce is creamy and smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, but NOT crispy; drain on paper towels; set aside.
- In a small bowl whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard and brown sugar; set aside.
- Return the bacon back to the skillet and brush with glaze, then turn the bacon over.
- Cook the glazed side down for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Glaze then turn and cook for another 2 minutes over low heat.
- Repeat until all the glaze is used up.
- Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet, arrange bacon in a single layer. Bake until fat is rendered and bacon is beginning to brown, 15 to 18 minutes. - Line two baking sheets with foil. One pan will be used to prep the bacon. Place a baking rack into the other pan and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Separate bacon strips and line up on the pan without the rack. Drizzle maple syrup over the slices and using a pastry brush, evenly distribute it over the top all of the slices. Flip the slices and repeat.
- Sprinkle about 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar evenly onto the tops of the maple coated bacon. Use the pastry brush to distribute it evenly. (The sugar will begin to mix with the syrup already on the bacon.) Flip the bacon over and transfer the slices to the baking pan with the rack. Sprinkle another 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar over the tops of the bacon, using the pastry brush again to distribute.
- Place baking sheet into a cold oven on the middle rack. Set oven temperature to 350 degrees F. and allow to come to temperature while the bacon is in the oven. Check at 15 minutes, then every 2-5 minutes until bacon is deeply browned and shiny. Keep an eye on it so that the sugar doesn't burn. Mine took between 25-30 minutes.
