SUNNY'S EASY CHEESY MEATBALL SUB CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and green pepper, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the meatballs, marinara sauce and cheese. Add the cooked onion and pepper mixture. Mix to combine, then transfer to the prepared baking dish. Top with the crushed croutons. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. (If the topping starts to get too brown, loosely cover with foil toward the end of the bake.)

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Heat garlic bread with spread side up on a baking sheet in the preheated oven until warm and golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring spaghetti sauce to a boil in a large pot. Place frozen meatballs into sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer until meatballs are heated through, about 20 minutes.
- Tear garlic bread into bite-size pieces and spread into bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce and meatballs over garlic bread, coating bread with sauce and distributing meatballs evenly. Spread mozzarella cheese over top in a layer, followed by a layer of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake casserole until cheese has melted, 20 to 25 minutes.

- Preheat broiler. Microwave meatballs, covered, on high until heated through, 4-6 minutes. Meanwhile, place bread on an ungreased baking sheet; brush one side of bread with oil. Broil 4-6 in. from heat until golden brown, 1-2 minutes. Rub bread with cut surface of garlic; discard garlic. Tear bread into bite-sized pieces; transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Reduce oven setting to 350°., Add pasta sauce, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to meatballs; toss to combine. Pour mixture over bread pieces; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered, until cheeses are melted, 15-18 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 F degrees and spray a large oven safe skillet or 3 qt baking dish with non stick spray. Set aside. Lightly spray one side of a piece of aluminum foil with non stick spray and set aside.
- Remove biscuit dough from can and slice each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add to greased skillet or baking dish.
- Top with marinara sauce, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stir around to mix seasonings into sauce and coat dough in sauce.
- Nestle thawed meatballs into and on top of the dough pieces. Cover with half the shredded cheese, and cover skillet or dish with foil, sprayed side down.
