MICROWAVEABLE HOT COCOA (SINGLE SERVING)

I modified the recipe from a can of cocoa powder. You can use 3 packets of Equal if you don't want to use sugar.

Microwaveable Hot Cocoa (Single Serving) image

Steps:

Combine cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sugar (or Equal) in a mug.
Put 1 cup of milk into the microwave, and heat on HIGH for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until hot.
Slowly combine hot milk with sugar and cocoa powder.

INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE BROWNIE

This is a great quick fix for a chocolate craving! Because it's microwaved it is different than traditional brownie and has a very moist, pudding-like texture. Enjoy with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.

Steps:

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, instant coffee, and salt in a microwave-safe mug or small bowl. Mix in vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract until mixture is smooth and glossy. Add more water, 1/4 teaspoon at a time, if mixture looks a little dry.
Microwave on high until top looks dry, about 1 minute.

Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake image

Steps:

Spray a medium microwave-safe bowl with non-stick spray and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk; blend together. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; blend into the mixture until smooth. Pour into greased bowl.
Cover and cook in the microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched. Since all microwaves cook differently, adjust the cooking time to accommodate your machine. To serve, let the cake cool five minutes, then cover the bowl with a plate and turn both bowl and plate upside down so the cake falls onto the plate.
