BACON CHEESEBURGER BITES

- Heat a skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the ground beef, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a small bowl until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal mini patties. Set aside.
- Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Add the burger bites and cook until well browned all over and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add 2 of the quartered pieces of cheese to the top of each bite and cover the skillet with the lid. Allow the cheese to melt, 1 minute. Remove the bites to a plate.
- Tear each bacon piece into bite-size pieces. Start building up the bites by placing a piece of bacon on top of each patty, then a couple of folded leaves of spinach, a couple of pickles, a dollop of your favorite burger condiment, and a half a tomato, securing it all with a toothpick or small skewer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all the bites are built, and serve.
EASTER BROWNIE BITES

- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Line 24 holes of a mini muffin tray with paper cases. Put the butter, dark chocolate and sugar in a pan and heat it very gently, stirring all the time until the butter and chocolate have melted. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for a few mins.
- Meanwhile, sift the flour, cocoa and a good pinch of salt into a large bowl. Stir in the warm, melted chocolate mixture and the beaten eggs, then add half the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture between the cases and place a mini egg into the middle of each muffin, pushing down gently. Bake for 12-15 mins until cooked but still gooey in the centre - they will continue cooking a little as they cool down. Leave to cool for 10 mins in the tin before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Melt the rest of the chocolate chips in short bursts in the microwave, or in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring frequently. Leave to cool until it is quite thick, then dot a small amount on each cake and stick on some more mini eggs.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a medium baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a medium skillet over medium high heat, stir together ground beef, dry onion soup mix and dry minced onion. Cook until beef is evenly brown. Remove from heat, drain and stir in mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
- Slice tops off the dinner rolls. Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet. Spoon some of the ground beef mixture onto each roll. Garnish with pickle slices. Place tops back on rolls.
- Tightly wrap the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes.

- Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Stir in ketchup, onion and mustard.
- Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spoon beef mixture into cooker. Top with cheese.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve beef mixture with buns. Beef mixture will hold on low heat setting up to 3 hours.

- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat with salt, black pepper, dried oregano and garlic powder. Mix well with your hand. You want all the seasoning be distributed evenly so take your time.
