- Preheat oven to 375°. Separate tubes of dough into 8 rolls each; halve the rolls. Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. , Spoon pizza sauce into each cup. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper, pepperoni and cheese. Bake until the crusts are browned and cheese is melted, 15-18 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- In a large bowl mix marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, and oregano.
- Lightly oil a 12-cup muffin tin or coat with nonstick spray.
- Lay tortilla on a flat surface. Using an empty can, cut 3-4 medium circles, pressing firmly enough in a rocking motion to cut through the tortilla.
- Fit tortilla circle into each of 12 muffin cup.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon pizza sauce into each muffin cup.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Top with mini pepperonis.
- Place into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!

- Place crackers close together on a microwave-safe dish, spoon about 1 tsp of pizza sauce on top of each cracker.
- Cut the canadian bacon slices into quarters, (cut the half slice in two).
- Layer 1 quarter slice of canadian bacon, 1 banana pepper ring, and 1 mushroom slice on top of each cracker, sprinkle each evenly with cheese; microwave uncovered on high for 45-50 seconds, or until cheese melts, serve hot.

- 1. Spread pizza sauce over flour tortilla. Top with your favorite toppings. Microwave 40 seconds. Slice with pizza cutter. NOTE: For a healthier version, I use turkey pepperoni and whole wheat tortilla. For a crispier crust, I put mine in a toaster oven for about a minute and a half. Not only are they flavorful and quick to prepare, they are very economical.

- Bring pizza dough to room temperature to make it easier to work with. Make small 1-oz balls out of dough. Cover with kitchen towel until dough is room temperature and oven is hot.
- Press out each small ball of dough or use rolling pin to form small pizza crusts. Place small handful cornmeal on rimless cookie sheet and place dough on cornmeal. Shake pan to make sure dough is not sticking to pan. Repeat with more crusts. Make as many as will fit on your pizza stone.
- Add your favorite toppings to the pizzas in whatever order you like. Shake the pan once more and add more cornmeal under the pizzas if they are sticking.
