The combination of pineapple, raspberries and banana in these yogurt treats makes a bright and cheerful morning breakfast.

Steps:

  • In 4 parfait glasses or serving dishes, layer the pineapple, yogurt, raspberries, dates and banana. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon.
  • For fancy, use a parfait, sherbet or tall wine glass. On the go a styrofoam cup will do.
  • Layer parfait by placing half the granola in the bottom of the glass.
  • Add half the strawberries.
  • Add half the yogurt mixture.
  • Repeat layers one more time.
  • Refrigerate until eaten.
