Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, celery, onion and mayonnaise. Spread on bottom of buns; set bun tops aside. Top tuna mixture with a slice of cheese and tomato. , Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Top each with a lettuce leaf; replace bun tops.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, pickle relish, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- On a cutting board, butter one side of each slice of bread. Flip the bread over so it is buttered-side down. Divide the tuna mixture between 2 slices of bread. Top with the cheddar cheese, then place the other slices of bread on top, buttered-side out.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook, without moving, for about 2 minutes, until golden brown. Carefully flip the sandwiches over and continue to cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese has melted, 2 minutes more.
- Transfer the tuna melts to a cutting board and cut in half. Serve immediately.

~ MY TASTY TUNA MELTS ~
These yummy melts make for a quick and tasty lunch. I used Havarti cheese, but any great melting cheese would work. A slice of fresh home grown tomato will put them over the top! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Mix all tuna salad ingredients together in a bowl, blend well.
- Cut muffins in half, horizontally - lay out cut side up on broiler pan. Using my small cookie scoop, I added 2 scoops per muffin half. Spread evenly.
- Top each with a slice of tomato, about the size of the muffin. Salt and pepper if desire.
- Lay a piece of cheese over each slice of tomato. Place under broiler and broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.

- In a medium sized bowl combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, dijon mustard, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Butter each slice of bread. Putting the butter side down add the cheese on the unbuttered side. Add the tuna mixture on top. Top with tomato and additional cheese.
