- Beat sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract together with an electric mixer in a bowl until smooth. Fold in pecans and grapes. Stir gently until grapes are coated.

- 1. 1: Pour cold sprite on a med. size bowl and chop apples, pears let soak 20 min. while working on the rest of the salad. 2: Drain can fruits reserving the juice from peaches and pineapples.Drain well 3:In a large bowl place all soaked fresh and drained can fruit.Discard sprite.
- 2. 4:Add pecans, cherries drained and pat dry, coconut, give a little stir.
- 3. 5:Add cream cheese chunks and stir. 6: Stir in Creamy Cool Whip, then marshmellows 7:NOW HERE IS THE KEY, USE WHICH ONE OF THE RESERVED JUICES YOU LIKE AND STIR IN ENOUGH TO MAKE THE SALAD CREAMY,I LIKE THE PEACH.
