- Mix first 3 ingredients by hand and pat into ungreased 9x12 pan. Mix the rest of ingredients and add over first mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans. Bake for 55 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter and flour a 13 by 9 inch baking dish.
- Combine dry ingredients, butter and 1 egg.
- Add pecans if desired.
- Spread in greased pan.
- Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs together and spread on top of the cake.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.

- 2. Top with 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Bake at 300 for 50-55 minutes.
