Raspberry Fudge Balls image

Steps:

  • 1. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
  • 2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and melted chocolate until smooth and blended. Stir in wafer crumbs and jam. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Shape into 1 - in. balls; roll in almonds. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

1 c ( 6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 pkg ( 8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c finely crushed vanilla wafers ( about 25 wafers)
1/4 c seedless raspberry jam
3/4 c finely chopped almonds

  • In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and melted chocolate until smooth.
  • Stir in the wafer crumbs and jam.
  • Referigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls,roll in almonds.
  • Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

This No Bake Reese's Fudge Bars recipe is the perfect combination of my two favorite things- Reese's peanut butter cups and fudge!

No Bake Reese's Fudge Bars Recipe image

Steps:

  • Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the peanut butter cups in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. (You should use 16 on the bottom)
  • Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until chips and milk are melted together.
  • Once everything is melted together, spread evenly over peanut butter cups in prepared pan. Immediately sprinkle with the crumbled Reese's, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
  • Cool until firm. I like to cool the fudge on the counter until it is room temperature, then cover with plastic and place in the refrigerator to harden completely. Cut into squares and serve.
