- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill at least 3-4 hrs to let flavors meld. Best served tossed onto chopped iceberg lettuce.

- Pour enough boiling water over dried fruits to cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Cook onion in butter till onion is tender, but not brown. Combine all ingredients, drizzle enough water to moisten. Bake 325 for 30to 35 minutes in casserole dish.
