HAWAIIAN RIBS
My husband doesn't usually request pork for dinner, but these ribs are the exception. He enjoys the slightly sweet sauce.

Steps:
- Place onion in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Rub ribs with garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper; place over onion. Pour 1/4 cup water around ribs. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine pineapple, chili sauce, brown sugar, ginger, mustard and remaining water. Drain fat from pan; pour pineapple mixture over ribs. Bake, uncovered, 1-1/2 hours longer or until meat is tender.

KOREAN STYLE BBQ PORK RIBS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius.
- Mix together the salt, pepper and sugar for the rub and apply liberally over the ribs.
- Wrap entirely in foil and bake in the oven for 2 hours at 150 degrees celsius / 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a saucepan, combine all of the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil then immediately reduce the heat until the sauce thickens and then set aside.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap from the foil. Brush a generous amount of the BBQ sauce over both sides of the ribs and place back in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, brush more bbq sauce on and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!

- Remove the papery skin from the back of each rack of ribs; place the ribs in a roasting pan.
- Combine the garlic, thyme, oregano, marjoram, salt, cinnamon stick, allspice berries, cloves, vinegar, and 3 tablespoons water in a blender or spice mill; process to a smooth paste, adding more water, if needed.
- Rub this paste over the ribs on both sides, cover, and let marinate, in the refrigerator, at least overnight and up to 24 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium; when ready to cook, season the ribs with salt; oil the grill grate, then arrange the ribs on the hot grate, meaty side down.
- Grill the ribs until nicely browned and cooked through, 30-40 minutes in all, turning once or twice with tongs.
- Cut the racks into sections of 2 or 4 ribs for serving; serve with Salsa Mexicana.
- To make the salsa--cut tomatoes, onion, and chiles into 1/4-inch dice (you can soften the bite of the chiles by scraping out the veins and seeds); combine in a serving bowl.
- Add in cilantro, lime juice, and salt; toss to mix; adjust seasoning to taste by adding more lime juice or salt.

- Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Place ribs meat side up in a roasting pan. Cover and bake at 325° for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until tender; drain., Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until slightly reduced., Brush sauce over ribs. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes longer or until ribs are glazed, basting occasionally.

Over the years, my husband told me why are you using any kind of sauce on them? He is right why? So for the past eight years or so, I have only used salt and pepper or what ever at the time I had a taste for when I grilled those ribs.

Place the ribs in a roasting pan.2.
