Steps:

In a medium saucepan, whisk together mustard, mustard powder, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Whisk in the rest of the ingredients and set over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring often, 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to storage container. Recipe recommends refrigeration for 24 hours before using.

1 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup flat Dr. Pepper cola
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper

CAYENNE PEPPER OINTMENT

This ointment boosts circulation and warms your muscles. Helpful for arthritis and rheumatism. From the book Natural Beauty From the Garden by Janice Cox. Guessing on times, and they do not include time to let mixtures cool.

Cayenne Pepper Ointment image

Steps:

Combine pepper with the oil and heat gently in microwave or stovetop.
Do not boil.
Let sit until cooled.
Strain and discard the pepper and seeds.
Add beeswax and heat again till wax is melted.
Stir well, spoon into a clean container, and let cool.
To use: Massage a small amount into your muscles and joints.
If you would like a thinner consistency, reheat with added vegetable oil.
Be careful working with peppers and wash hands thoroughly after use!

SKIN OINTMENT (SCAR HEALING)

I came up with this ointment after I suffered tons of flea bites a couple of years ago. Looking at my feet now, you won't believe how much bite marks I had... okay... I was scratching it till it bled. Applied ointment before bedtime for about 2 - 3 months. My friends couldn't believe my feet look so good now as they have seen how bad it was before. This ointment works best when the wounds are still healing.

Steps:

Mix Aloe Vera gel and base cream/carrier oil.
Break Vit E Capsule and mix content with gel and base cream mixture.
Mix well.
Use on where needed.
Wear old socks if using on feet to prevent smearing on bedsheet.
